Even before my appointment, Jordan was very tentative and communicative. She understood just how self-conscious I am as a bigger woman and was able to adapt to my comfort levels. Every employee there makes the experience magical and makes you feel right at ease. There were many plus size dresses to choose from and all in the color that I wanted; black. I honestly hate dresses but Mirror Mirror definitely made me feel like the most beautiful, magical woman that I could ever be. If it wasn’t for Mirror Mirror and their magical staff, I wouldn’t of been able to find the most perfect dress for me. I highly recommend.

I cannot speak highly enough of Mirror Mirror. Today I said yes to my DREAM DRESS after many failed attempts at several other bridal shops throughout Syracuse, Skeanatles and Utica. And it was all thanks to Jordan and the outstanding staff at Mirror Mirror! I am not a stick-thin bride. I’m an average size woman with a booty, typically wearing sizes 8-12 in normal life. I could NOT get into 80% of the dresses I wanted so badly to try on at all of these other shops. It was deflating. Mirror Mirror is INCLUSIVE. This bridal shop had so many options all with sizes I could comfortably try on and in the designs I wanted!! Not only this, but my “fairy godmother” as they call it at the shop, texted me beforehand to ask for inspo pics and pulled the most stunning, perfect dress on her first try. It was my vision and more and it was so flattering. I knew immediately once I put it on…it was a yes. DO NOT SKIP THIS SHOP ON YOUR BRIDAL DRESS TOUR! 10/10!

Mirror Mirror is a first class bridal boutique. Stephanie (owner) and her staff create a unique customer experience, catering to your every need. The level of customer service and attention to detail was exceptional. I was immediately impressed with how they treated their guests; they were extremely accommodating and wanted to ensure everyone in the appointment enjoyed themselves. I had the pleasure of working directly with Stephanie, who is truly passionate about her job. It was so nice to work with someone who is sincere and excited to help you find your perfect wedding dress. Her shop is clean, spacious, and has something for everyone. The variety of styles and sizes is unmatched in the Syracuse area. It’s no wonder her clients come from all over! I’m not a size 6 or 8, so it was refreshing to try on bridal gowns that actually fit! I loved my experience at Mirror Mirror. My consultant Kris was so supportive and fun, which really made the day enjoyable. Kris pulled some dresses for me based on information I provided and some that she thought would be good fits for me. My friends and family and I could pick as we saw ones we liked too. I’m the type of person where less is more so I mostly stuck with the ones Kris picked, she knows those dresses better than we do! I was not disappointed! One of the dress styles I thought I was so against (mermaid fit) she picked for me and I loved it! I said yes to the dress and it was such an awesome moment to share with everyone! The staff was excited for me and everyone came over to see and congratulate me on my choice. It was that moment I was hoping for and I would highly recommended this for any bride currently looking!

I had the BEST experience at Mirror Mirror. Heather is truly a fairy godmother!!! I had so much fun dress shopping with them! She went above and beyond for me. Not once did she complain or say anything about me being so indecisive and she allowed me to try on over 25 dresses (no lie) and didn’t say a word. She was extremely helpful and patient with me. Her service is really out of this word! I went to a few other local bridal shops and nothing compared to this one! Their selection is unbeatable and the service is truly the best in the area!!! I went back a couple times to retry on dresses and not once did I feel pressured into buying anything.
The shop is so cute and welcoming inside! I love how the set up is in there! Even though they had a limit of guests you could bring because of COVID. Heather was ready to go for us! She offered to video chat anyone I would like! She had fabulous lighting to truly show the colors/ designs of the dresses! Also a touch I absolutely loved about the shop is she had a tripod so all my friends and family who were on FaceTime could see the entire dress and I didn’t have to hold my phone when I was trying to talk to everyone and look at the dresses.
Honestly the experience I received at Mirror Mirror is like no experience I received at any other bridal shop in the area!!
When I had to decide on my dress it was without hesitation going to be at Mirror Mirror!!! Would recommend them for any bride! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED ?

I said yes to the dress at Mirror Mirror and I could not be happier! I worked with Jess who was outstanding! I went into this not knowing what to expect and she made the process so fun and easy! She listened to me and made suggestions. She actually suggested for me to try on a dress that I would have never thought to try on and it ended up being my dream dress! I am not a size zero by any means and she never once brought up sizing and I never heard we don’t carry that in your size. It was such a positive and happy experience. I never felt like I was being sold or pushed to buy anything! I would recommend them a hundred times over.
