Cannot say enough positive things about this place! After a bland experience at another dress shop, Heather gave my mom and I the most perfect experience! The shop itself is clean & gorgeous, and Heather took the time to pull fun & different options and made me feel comfortable & confident the entire time! When I went to pick up my dress 6 months later, Adam was just as amazing. Gave us options for veils & jewelry all while hyping me up about my dress and never making us feel rushed. I originally went in to just get an idea of a dress I wanted for my wedding (spoiler that’s not what happened ) when I first walked in I was greeted by some very pleasant and nice women … I ended up having Jordan as my fairy godmother and she was so nice and patient with me and gave me her honest opinion. She made me feel just like a princess after trying on maybe 5 dresses. I said yes to the first one I tried on. I was even able to name the dress after me !! I cannot thank Jordan enough for making my princess dreams come true !!!

My Matron of honor & I found Mirror Mirror Inc while walking by in Baldwinsville. I was planning my wedding on a 12 week time crunch because my youngest of 2 sons was waiting to leave for Marine boot camp & his departure had been changed 3 times previously. We stood outside without an appointment and called on our phone (due to COVID) to see if we could look inside and were pleasantly told that if we wanted to wait on the bench outside that as soon as the appointment inside left & they cleaned they would be able to get us right in. I am so happy they did. I found the dress of my dreams & then some. It was much more than I was originally hoping to find and when I saw it on the hanger I wasn’t as impressed until I put it on and saw it in the mirror. Both my Matron of Honor and I knew it was the dress for my wedding day. I bought the dress right off the rack because of my time crunch & was given a list of local people that do alterations. I chose one of the local people from the list that I was given & my dress was taken in so it fit me, she cut the train off as per my request as well as added my bling on the front of my waist for me. When My dress was done it fit me like a glove and looked like a totally different dress. It was exactly everything that I had hoped for and then some. Thank you Mirror Mirror for helping to make me feel beautiful on our special day!

Absolutely amazing experience! Went initially with just my MOH and narrowed down my choices. Brought the whole bridal party with me and ended up having to try on a few more dresses to find the one! Meg and Heather were absolutely amazing in listening and offering insight on alterations that can be made to make the dress me! Couldn’t have asked for better fairy godmothers in choosing my dress. Highly recommend – they make you feel special and one of a kind.

This was my first bridal dress appointment and the overall experience set a high bar for any other appointment to follow. I was assisted by Jennifer who was kind and caring toward myself and my three guests throughout the entire appointment. Jennifer took time before pulling dresses to learn about me and my style, and was encouraging in a way that made me step outside of my comfort zone and try styles and dresses that I would not have necessarily chosen. I did not have high expectations as this was my first appointment and I did not know much about the process, and I have to say the Mirror Mirror is looking to give you the best experience they can. You are offered a private space for your fitting and you are given individual, undivided attention by your stylist. Throughout the appointment more stylists and staff pop in to talk you up and offer additional suggestions for dressed and alterations. Every time I put a dress on Jennifer was explaining how the dress could be altered or how something could be changed to fit my style more exactly. One of the most unexpected aspects of this appointment that I loved was that I did not see a single dress on me until it was pinned and clipped properly. Jennifer had every dress styled accurately before I ever stepped foot in front of a mirror. Until a later appointment I did not know how monumental this was in shifting my attitude towards the dressed I was trying on. If you are considering an appointment with Mirror Mirror I cannot suggest booking with them enough. While I am still scheduling some additional appointments I have every plan to circle back and order my top choice from them if I do not find anything I love better.
