In the quaint town of Baldwinsville, NY, a courageous tale began to unfold. It was here that Stephanie Long, with her background in Interior Design from FIT and two decades steeped in the enchanting world of weddings, felt the stirrings of a dream.
Stephanie’s vision was to create a magical place where every bride-to-be feels celebrated and empowered. She sought the help of her trusted friend, Manager Heather Jensen, and together they embarked on a noble quest to craft an experience like no other, one that would whisk brides-to-be away from the mundane and into a realm of wonder and delight.
And so, in 2013, Mirror Mirror Inc. Bridal Boutique was founded. A special place where dreams and reality intertwine, where each customer is the hero of their own unique story. Stephanie and Heather invite you to step through their doors and into a world where happily ever afters are not just endings, but beginnings.

Stephanie
Meet Stephanie, the heart and soul behind our bridal boutique, affectionately known as “The Head Fairy Godmother” by her team. A proud Libra, Stephanie’s eye for beauty and balance is unmatched. Stephanies is most excited by gowns that are offbeat, gothic and colorful. She loves black wedding dresses and unusual colors like pink and blue. Her greatest joy isn’t just found in the perfect gown, but in her commitment to her roots—providing meaningful employment opportunities right here in Baldwinsville, the community that she grew up in!
Heather
Introducing Heather, our beloved General Manager and the nurturing soul everyone calls a real life “Fairy.” A true Cancer at heart, she brings intuition and sensitivity into every interaction, ensuring that both our team and clients feel fully embraced in our boutique’s warm atmosphere. Heather finds joy in fostering an environment of inclusivity where everyone can feel celebrated and supported. Her favorite appointments are those where she can help customers realize their full and unique selves, making each experience truly transformative.
James
Meet James, our esteemed Suit and Tuxedo Concierge. True to his Capricorn roots, James is all about dedication and craftsmanship, bringing an expert eye and meticulous attention to every detail. Christina
Introducing Christina, our operations manager and proud Capricorn, who finds her greatest joy in crafting the seamless processes that keep our boutique running smoothly. While she usually works behind the scenes, Christina loves stepping out to assist with appointments, connecting with brides and unleashing her creativity to help find their perfect dress. Christina loves fashion forward wedding dresses and mothers styles. Her favorite part of her job is thinking outside the box, combining elements in unexpected ways to ensure that each bride leaves with a gown that is truly singular and unique.
Kate
Meet Kate, our Front Desk Supervisor and a true Pisces at heart, she delights in every aspect of her role, from welcoming first-time visitors with a comforting smile to watching long-time customers leave with their dream dresses. Kate’s support extends beyond our clients to her coworkers, ensuring a harmonious atmosphere throughout the shop. She has a special love for classic, fairy-tale gowns with lace, which mirror her own romantic and dreamy sensibilities.
Jordan
Introducing Jordan, our sales consultant and the “Sorcerer” of our boutique. As a spirited Sagittarius, Jordan brings her infectious optimism and adventure to every consultation. She specializes in easing worries, ensuring each bride’s journey is filled with joy. Jordan has a particular passion for Gothic weddings, expertly blending the dramatic and romantic elements these unique ceremonies require. Jessica
Meet Jessica, our bridal consultant and steadfast Taurus. Known for her straightforward manner, Jessica has a remarkable talent for cutting through the clutter and honing in on what each bride truly desires. Her straightforward approach ensures that every bride feels understood and supported in finding their dream dress. Jessica has a particular love of modern, fashion-forward wedding gowns. Meet Jennifer, our bridal consultant and enthusiastic Aries, known for her fluency in sarcasm and her penchant for being silly. Her greatest joy is that magical moment when a bride finds her perfect dress, and the room lights up with the family’s joyous expressions. Jen loves wedding gowns that have unique lace and beadwork. Her dedication to creating unforgettable experiences shines through in every consultation, making each bride’s journey as beautiful and unique as the gowns she helps them select.
Megan
Meet Megan, our sales consultant, whom her coworkers lovingly call a real-life princess! As an Aquarius, Megan brings a refreshing blend of sass, saltiness, and sweetness to each interaction. She prides herself on her straightforward and genuine approach, always ensuring her customers receive honest and personalized advice. Ture to her fairytale form, Megan loves finding wedding gowns with roses on them. Meet Adam, our mother’s specialist, also known as “The Mother Whisperer.” A Gemini known for his wit and supportive nature, Adam excels in making every fitting a joyful and confidence-boosting experience. He has a unique talent for helping women see their best selves in the mirror, ensuring they leave feeling radiant and empowered. Adam’s approach is so genuinely caring and fun that you might just find yourself wanting to invite him to the wedding!
I had a magical time at Mirror Mirror! From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were greeted with an attentive and kind demeanor. My consultant was an angel! We went on a Sunday, it was very quiet and felt like a private appointment. I felt listened to and not pressured throughout my appointment, which I deeply appreciated. I am a pretty selective bride and I appreciated her patience with me as I talked through my thoughts. We ended up narrowing it down to one that is gorgeous! The store has a luxurious & boutique feel; however, I wonder what it would’ve been like if there had been another/more brides shopping or using the fitting rooms as there was only one main mirror and viewing space. The floor area was well organized and clean. Thank you Mirror Mirror for a wonderful experience!!

This shop may be smaller than big names, but so worth it to stop into!!! I didn’t think I would find “the dress” on the first day, but this girl got it on the first try! She knew her stuff!! I showed her some pictures, she listened to my likes and dislikes, and helped pull dresses from the rack with me. Beautiful dresses!! My consultant was fantastic!!!
And a huge thing for me, she didn’t try to pull me away from the sale rack!!! I had a budget in mind and she wasn’t pushy in the slightest!
She was informative and helped me to better understand the look that made me happy and feeling like a beautiful future bride.

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. I would have said 10,000 stars! Wow I really don’t even know where to start!? let’s just start by walking into the building boy was it stunning such a small cute place to shop for a wedding dress very Cousy I’m a shy type at first and then I’ll warm up if I feel comfortable…this was my 3rd wedding dress shop that I went to and let me just say it was a very fun and wild one. This is my top places that I went to. This place blew every other place I went to away! Getting greeted at the door with a big smile and big vibes and having my consultant ask me what my wedding will be like attracted me more to shopping there…(she was the first person to do that) My consultant who worked with us was fantastic, very sweet, kind and listened to everything I wanted! I came to this shop not really knowing what I wanted because I’m a plus size woman but this place had an awesome selection for bigger woman..before coming to Mirror Mirror inc I had found a dress at a different shop that I liked a lot…but wasn’t in-love with it. My consultant made me forget that dress I tried on and had me come out of my comfort zones to love this dress I said yes to ❤️ I wanna say thank you to the store manager and my consultant for helping me pick my dress and veil out and sorry for keeping u guys late ❤️? much love for you guys I will be recommending you guys to everyone!❤️ (p.s-so excited to have a dress named after me)

I cannot say thank you to the staff of Mirror, Mirror enough. From the moment we arrived it was clear that the staff was deeply invested in making this a positive experience for my best friend/the bride-to-be. Jennifer was so incredibly friendly and thoughtful throughout our entire two hour appointment. She listened attentively to what my friend liked and disliked about each dress she tried on and continued to pull dresses for her to try on well after she found what she thought might be “the one”, just so we could be certain it was. Jennifer made sure each dress that my friend tried on was fitted/clipped properly before anyone caught a single glimpse of her in it, ensuring that she felt beautiful in every single dress she tried on, even if it wasn’t her personal style. Throughout our appointment, other stylists who were working would pop in with other dresses to try too. The team was respectful of her budget and cautioned her before trying on anything over it and never made us feel like we had to buy a dress right there and then. We couldn’t have asked for a better first dress appointment. If you’re looking for a wedding dress in Syracuse, I highly recommend making an appointment here (and ask for Jennifer we love her).

Mirror Mirror Inc. was so accommodating during the process of finding my perfect dress. Which I did accomplish with their help! Only took one trip there and 50 or so dresses later that I fell in love with my gown. It was still early on in my wedding prep and knowing that, they didn’t pressure me at all and said to take sometime to think about it. Well that dress was all I could think of. Since they are about 45 minutes away from where I live I was able to call the shop and order my dress over the phone. This made everything so much easier. The shop was very clean and everyone that worked with me during the whole process were so helpful and nice. I highly recommend going to Mirror Mirror Inc. to find your perfect dress
